Gnash 规避法律问题的方法
Gnash 是 GNU 计划的一部分，目标是替代 Adobe Flash Player 。
不过显然，要制作开源版的 Gnash，就需要反编译原本的 Flash 研究实现方式，而这会违反 Flash 的 最终用户许可协议 (EULA)，因为绝大部分软件的 EULA 都规定了禁止进行逆向工程，并且美国法院曾经 支持了 EULA 中的禁止逆向工程的判例。
Gnash 开发者的做法是 不签署 Flash 的 EULA，即不安装软件，从而不接受 EULA，不过后果也是需要额外的志愿者进行测试、汇报示例。
